Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell verandas and conservatories — aluminium patio roofs, freestanding verandas, glass sliding walls and a full glass conservatory and winter garden, with the infrared heating, LED lighting, side blinds and roof-cleaning and seal care to go with them. The build, the snow and wind loads and the installation and permit needs are stated on each listing for a permanent outdoor structure.

Structure, loads & permit safety

A veranda, patio roof or conservatory is a building element that must be installed by a competent installer onto a suitable, load-bearing foundation or base, fixed securely to the house and the ground, and designed for the snow and wind loads of your location. Check whether a building permit or notification is required where you live before you build. Use only the safety or toughened glass specified, keep to the stated spans and post spacing, and never stand or place loads on a glass or polycarbonate roof. Installation is a multi-person job at height and is best left to a professional. CE marked where applicable.
