For outdoor domestic use, as a permanent structure. A veranda, patio roof or conservatory is a building element that must be installed by a competent installer onto a suitable, load-bearing foundation or base, fixed securely to the house and the ground, and designed for the snow and wind loads of your location. Check whether a building permit or notification is required where you live before you build. Use only the safety or toughened glass specified, keep to the stated spans and post spacing, and never stand or place loads on a glass or polycarbonate roof. Installation is a multi-person job at height and is best left to a professional. CE marked where applicable. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers.
